Crab, il granchio, è un esercizio avanzato interamente focalizzato sul miglioramento del controllo della fascia addominale, nonchè sull’allungamento della colonna vertebrale, soprattutto nella fascia cervicale.
Prestate attenzione a mantenere sempre il controllo in modo da non sollecitare eccessivamente le vertebre cervicali.
