I started practicing Gymnastics when I was five years old. After a few years, I decided to take up Modern Dance and Ballet classes. As I grew up, I understood those passions were growing with me, and they would have always been part of me.
In parallel to this, in the summer 2012 I started my Yoga Journey with a Bikram Yoga lesson in Brighton – quite a drastic approach, I know. I gradually felt the benefits of the practice on my body and mind and started teaching Yoga in 2017, year of completion of my RYT 200!

A good workout must balance the time dedicated to your strength and tone routine and that dedicated to the stretching one, depending on the goal you’re pursuing.

My opinion? Try to dedicate 50% time to toning up and the other 50% to improving your flexibility, and see how great you will look and feel!
